Dr Manhattan from The Watchmen to make an appearance in London this evening

I've been hearing rumours about this all week. it has been confirmed that Dr Manhattan from The Watchmen to make an appearance in London this evening (4 March 2009).

The best view will be from here. Or you can just watch the live video stream here!. My understanding is that he will be appearing around 8pm.
