An eye-opening documentary about typography, graphic design and global visual culture. Focusing on the omnipresent Helvetica typeface (which celebrates its 50th birthday this year), the film includes interviews with some of the most illustrious and innovative names in the design world and invites us to look with fresh eyes at the thousands of words we see every day. On the opening night there will be a post-screening discussion with director Gary Hustwit, designer Michael C Place and design writer Rick Poynor, plus a special event in the bar with designers DJing...
