GodzillaWith the recent news that one man film revolution Gareth Edwards will be remaking Godzilla and the even more recent announcement that Gareth along with Edgar Wright (Director, Shaun of the Dead, Scott Pilgrim etc), Mary Lambert (Director, Pet Semetary), Allan Niblo (Producer, Vertigo Films), Rosie Fletcher (News Ed. Total Film) and Todd Brown (Editor, Twitchfilm.net) have been confirmed as the SCI-FI-LONDON 10 48hour film challenge jury - Gareth is a previous winner of the SCI-FI-LONDON 10 48hour film challenge. More info here!

We thought it was time to roll out this exclusive clip of FrightFest's Alan Jones hosting an informal QA with Gareth Edwards at the FrightFest 2010 screening of Monsters.

In this clip the still beaming, down to Earth pre-Hollywood Edwards talks a little about his career and also gives some great behind the scenes insight into making Monsters (that will probably only be available on the Monsters Blu-ray), beware there are some bad words and if you havent's seen Monsters yet, spoilers too.

On a related note. Hells yea! I can't wait to see what Gareth Edwards does with a bigger budget and even bigger monster.
